Askip was filmed as part of a CinéFabrique Workshop. The workshops are held in multiple cities in the greater Lyon area, and afford local youth from disadvantaged communities an opportunity to learn about a variety of film careers. They work with industry professionals and CinéFabrique students to make short films.
