Our missions consist in:
Ensuring that every group of 30 students (equal number of men and women) gets a high-level artistic and technical training, in a real social diversity environment. Bringing to the foreground new region-born writings and artistic practices that could feed on new approaches and influences. Providing a 3-year training in connection to school projects, oscillating between theoretical learning, on the one hand, and filmmaking and the
fulfilment of audiovisual projects, on the other hand. Establishing the school deeply in the region while giving it a national and international stature by leaning strongly on local partners such as the Rhônes-Alpes Cinéma, the Institut Lumière, Ecole de la Comédie in Saint- Etienne (Saint-Etienne-located national drama school), ENSATT (Ecole nationale supérieure des arts et techniques du théâtre / national school of performing arts l’ENSATT… Providing a comprehensive and multidisciplinary training that involves new media and favours synergies between various artistic practices. Supporting the transition of students from school to work by connecting them with a network of professional partners.
